Silvia

 Beyond being an exceptional chef, Silvia is a lifelong educator, therpist, artist, coaching and entrepreneur whose work brings together creativity, wellbeing, and community.


A soul in constant motion, Silvia earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) at the Faculty of Arts, National University of La Plata—one of South America’s most respected Art  universities.

After graduating, she earned a Teacher Degree in Elementary Education in Argentina where she worked as an elementary school teacher and later obtained her BA in Education and ESOL Certification here in United States through Webster University, working asd elementary and art teacher in Kansas City, Missouri, for more than 20 years, before retiring from the classroom to focus on her vision: Pan Caliente.

While teaching in Argentina she also obtained her Master Degree as psychoanalytic therapist at National University of La Plata (Argentina). For almost 15 years, Silvia has practiced as a therapist in Patagonia, building a strong reputation for her work with individuals and families. Later in Lee's Summit, during the COVID times, she earned her Professional Coaching certification through the ICF, expanding her ability to support students and communities.

No matter how busy she is with Pan Caliente, Silvia always finds time to support others—leading workshops and programs with local nonprofit organizations in the KC Metcentered on education, youth development, mental health, and social-emotional growth.
